Resort Information

The two villas are at the beachfront with one of the villas' terrace overlooking the beach about 10 meters away. The 2nd villa is at the back of the first big villa but it has a pool view. Summerset Villas are located in Punta Bunga, Yapak between Club Panoly Beach resort and Balinghai resort cove. Good scenery and a more private beach... good spot for snorkelling and scuba diiving because of the three coves around and the famous Naked Rock right in front of the villa and thus, perfect for picnic.

The newly built 2-storey house composed of 3 bedrooms has a 220sqm.meter floor area, beachfront view, spacious living/dining area, big terrace, hot/cold shower with bath tub, cable/ internet connection, fully furnished, utility transport car available, swimming pool for use in few months time. A maximum occupancy of six (6) persons is allowed.

The 2nd house is also newly built and is 2-storey high with 120sqm.meters floor area, pool view, one (1) bedroom with airconditioning, hot/cold shower, bath tub and transport van available.
